Savannah to Kilimanjaro Safari

This circuit blends Kenya’s most iconic landscapes and wildlife experiences into one unforgettable journey — from the lion-rich plains of the Mara to rhinos in Nakuru, giraffes by Naivasha’s shores, and elephants under the shadow of Kilimanjaro.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 – Nairobi ? Masai Mara
Drive through the Great Rift Valley with scenic stops. Arrive in the Mara for an afternoon game drive. Overnight at lodge/camp.

Day 2 – Masai Mara (Full Day)
Full-day safari with picnic lunch. Spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and, between July–Oct, the wildebeest migration. Optional Maasai village visit in the evening.

Day 3 – Masai Mara ? Lake Nakuru
Morning drive out of the Mara. Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park (?5–6 hrs). Afternoon game drive in search of rhinos, flamingos, Rothschild giraffes, and more. Overnight in Nakuru.

Day 4 – Lake Nakuru ? Lake Naivasha
Short drive (?2 hrs) to Lake Naivasha. Afternoon boat safari to view hippos, fish eagles, and waterbuck. Guided Crescent Island walk among giraffes and zebra. Overnight Naivasha.

Day 5 – Lake Naivasha ? Amboseli
Early departure for Amboseli (?6 hrs). Arrive by afternoon for a game drive. Sunset views of elephants with Mt. Kilimanjaro as backdrop.

Day 6 – Amboseli National Park
Morning and afternoon game drives. Amboseli is famed for its massive elephant herds and clear Kilimanjaro vistas. Optional cultural visit to Maasai homesteads.

Day 7 – Amboseli ? Nairobi
Final early morning game drive, breakfast, and return to Nairobi (?4 hrs by road, or optional flight).
